We play in a competitive city recreational 7-on-7 all passing league. Our players are dedicated individuals who have a love for football, and team work. Our players live and work in Roseville and the surrounding areas such as Rocklin, Sacramento, Folsom, and Lincoln. The team is managed by Jeremy Consulo.

The sports and recreation department in Roseville, CA maintains a year round adult flag football league. Many seasons there are 2 leagues, an advanced league and an intermediate league. You can find out more about the programs on their website.

The rules are based on an all passing, no blocking, 7-on-7 format. No RB's and just a single blitzer.

The games are played on Tuesday night under the lights at Mahany All Weather Field. Games last approximately 50 minutes. There are 4 seasons played per year with 7 games per season (not including playoffs and championship).
